Fredrickson Place is much like Johnson Place. The site sits right on the west shore, providing a clear view of South Manitou Island, and also offering beautiful sunsets. The trip down to the water is a steep dune. The area is very beautiful, but not solitary because of the popularity of the surrounding areas.
